A Team update

After a slow start this season, the A’s have grown in confidence as the team began to gel. Some great recent wins include a close-fought victory over Minchenden B, and an historic, first-ever win over Poly A. The team is currently second in the Middlesex County League First Division and hoping for promotion; and sixth in North London Premier Division.
This week, in freezing conditions the team ground out a 7 goal victory against a weakened Minchenden side. Kirsten Bound ably stepped in at GS and Zoe Lane was smart and fast as ever at GA, buoyed up by a strong defence from Lindie Champion and in particular Mo Ruddy, who at GD gained an incredible number of intercepts.
